ArtsLink is a public-private partnership of CEC International Partners, the National Endowment for the Arts, the Trust for Mutual Understanding, the Howard Gilman Foundation, the Ohio Arts Council and the Kettering supply The ArtsLink project provides artists and art organizations with the opportunity for international collaboration with artists in Central and Eastern Europe ArtsLink support is provided to enrich creative and professional progressive growth and to stimulate the exchange of ideas and expertise. An extremely competitive award, ArtsLink applications are rigorously reviewed for artistic superior quality and merit.
